I've been playing https://globle-capitals.com/game where you guess a capital city and it tells you how far away you are.

My latest guess is 0km from the right answer. Can you tell me the two capitals ?

Correct.

Brazzaville and Kinshasha are only across the Congo River though ...

and Bratislava borders Austria and Hungary, though I'm not sure which definition of the city limit that used.

Today my fifth guess was Kinshasa. I was told that was 0 km from the correct answer !
