Jailed for defending herself in court

Giovanna, a grandmother and town councillor, was imprisoned for breaching a court order that banned her from explaining the reasons for her peaceful protest in court. She spoke to Good Law Project about why she’s launched an appeal, even though she’s already served her time in prison.
