Justice delayed is justice denied

bens_dad33 years ago Kris Maharaj was conviced of a double murder that a drug cartel has sense admitted was commited by them and that Kris was not involved. A magistrate judge in Florida found by “clear and convincing evidence” that “no reasonable juror” could convict Kris: in other words, that he is innocent, but the Florida legal system keeps postponing a hearing that could lead to his releae from jail.
