IEA says: No new UK oil or gas projects
Friday, 21 May 2021 12:16 pmThe world’s leading energy industry organisation, IEA, has just said the UK shouldn’t greenlight any new oil or gas projects.
There’s still time to reverse this decision and with the industry’s report fresh off the press, it’s time to raise our voices.
The minister in charge of business and energy, Kwasi Kwarteng supported Boris Johnson in his bid to become Prime Minister and they have a close personal relationship.
Tweet him now and ask him to listen to the calls of British people and the IEA - and stop new oil and gas licences.
